Monmouthshire Constituency Labour Party

We cannot afford to be complacent!

In the recent Mayoral Elections Labour won the West Midlands buy a hair's breadth - so we cannot be complacent here in Monmouthshire.

In the Gwent PCC (Police and Crime Commissioner) Election held on the same day, Labour's Jane Mudd won a fantastic victory, But in Monmouthshire the Tories - despite their appalling record of incompetence and widespread unpopularity across the UK - still managed to poll 6,658 votes to Labour's 5,744.

So, although we are running David T.C. Davies closer than at any time since 2010,  we need your help to get us over the line in the General Election.

About the  Monmouthshire Constituency Labour Party

The change from Monmouth Constituency Labour Party to Monmouthshire Constituency Labour Party happened in 2023 as a result of the 2023 constituency boundary changes.

The constituency is now the same as the county of Monmouthshire - in other words it lost some wards in the west (which are now in Torfaen) and  gained wards in the south which were  in Newport East pre-2023.
